On July 5, 2019, a reply of 12369 was received: After on-site inspection by Xiangdong District Environmental Protection Bureau, it was found that the online monitoring facilities of the company were not maintained normally, and the vulnerable parts were not replaced in time, resulting in excessive uploaded data.
