On July 23, 2019, "Dezhou * * Food Co., Ltd.", an enterprise self-monitoring platform in Shandong Province, continuously discharged total phosphorus pollutants exceeding the standard. Lvse Jiangnan reminded the local environmental protection bureau of the situation through 12369 and microblog. See the picture below for details:

The reply of 12369 was received on August 2, 2019. Through on-site inspection, it was found that the total phosphorus of the enterprise exceeded the standard during 7:00-14:00 on July 20 and 7:00-22:00 on July 22. The enterprise has submitted a data exception report to our bureau on July 26, 2019. On July 26, 2019, our bureau also filed a case to deal with the problem that the daily average value of the enterprise's wastewater online monitoring exceeded the standard.
