On January 17, 2020, the reply from the Environmental Protection Bureau was received: the decision on ordering to correct the illegal act and the notice of prior (hearing) of administrative punishment (Xiaohuan Zhengao Zi [2019] No. 148) were issued. It is proposed to impose a fine and order the plant to correct the illegal act.
