On March 28th, 2018, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) received a report on Weibo, reflecting that there was an odor in the river by the Dongxin Park on Zhangqiao Street in Changshu, and the color of the water body was “colorful”.

After receiving the report, PECC immediately reported the pollution situation to Changshu Environmental Protection Bureau.

On April 4th, 2018, PECC received a document reply from Changshu Environmental Protection Bureau. The details are as follows.
