On June 19th, 2018, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) found that there was a dump of construction wastes near Suzhou New Synergy Environmental Technology Park (see Figure 1 for the specific location), located on Daoan Road in Suzhou High-tech Zone.

Subsequently, PECC reported the above situation on Weibo, and the next day (June 20th, 2018), @Suzhou 12345 responded on Weibo: “We have accepted the problem you reported and have handed it over to the relevant departments for processing. We will give feedback in time as soon as there is a result. Please wait patiently. Thanks!”

On June 25th, 2018, @Suzhou12345 replied: “#Department Feedback# Urban Administration Reply: The rubbish in this place has been cleaned up [Hushuguan Town].” The specific Weibo report and reply are shown in Figure 3.
