In early March 2018, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) received a report from residents of Jinhu County, Huai’an City, reflecting that a culvert near the Qidian Park in Jinhu County was discharging wastewater into the San River (the waterway of Huai River), generating a large amount of foam and polluting the river.

After receiving the report, PECC immediately reported the pollution information to the Environmental Protection Bureau of Jinhu County.

On March 14th, 2018, PECC received a document reply from Environmental Protection Bureau of Jinhu County. The specific reply is shown in the figure below.
