On April 20th, 2018, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) received a phone call to report the discharge of the “red water” from the outlet of Xinjingtang River in Fuwei Village, Changshu City.

After receiving the report, PECC immediately reported the pollution situation to Changshu Environmental Protection Bureau.

On April 24th, 2018, PECC received a document reply from Changshu Environmental Protection Bureau. The details are as follows.
