On July 12th, 2018, staffs of SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) found that MCC Oriental Jiangsu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Are emitting black and yellow gases , and the scene is shown in Figures 1 and 2 below.

Immediately, the staff of PECC reported the above-mentioned pollution through Weibo. The specific report is shown in Figure 3.

On July 18th, 2018, PECC received a written reply from MCC Oriental Jiangsu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., explaining the reasons for the emission of colored gases on that day and the follow-up rectification measures formulated. The specific content is shown in Figure 4.
