On July 23rd, 2018, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) found a pollution source in the river on Zhiwei Road in Kunshan City, Suzhou. There is an outlet near the roadside where the white-colored water is being discharged. The drainage volume is not large but it spreads to a certain area. The location and the pollution of specific pollution sources are shown in the figure below.

On July 26th, 2018, PECC submitted the “Description of Pollution Sources on Zhiwei Road in Qiandeng Town, Kunshan City” to the Kunshan Environmental Protection Bureau.

On August 16th, 2018, PECC received a written reply from the Kunshan Environmental Protection Bureau. The specific content is shown in the figure below.
