In early December 2017, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) received a report from a resident in Lili, Wujiang, saying that the river at the southwest corner of Dingcheng Tempered Glass Co., Ltd. on Xinyang Road in Lili, Wujiang, was polluted.

On December 4th, 2017, the staffs of PECC came to the site for investigation and found that the water surface of the reported river was yellow with oil pollution, and there was a concealed outlet beside the bridge that was discharging milky white sewage.

Immediately, PECC reported the above phenomenon on Weibo. The report is shown in the figure below.

Wujiang Environmental Protection Bureau attached great importance to the report from PECC. On December 12th, 2017, PECC received a document reply from Wujiang Environmental Protection Bureau. The details are as follows.
