In early December 2017, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) received a report from a resident of Li Li, Wujiang, reflecting that the river under the Yangfan Bridge next to the Tangjiao Station of the Li Li Sewage Treatment Plant in Wujiang was polluted. On December 5th, 2017, PECC’s staff came to the site for investigation and found that a large amount of oil pollutants floated on the surface of the river under the Yangfan Bridge.

Immediately, the staff of PECC reported the above situation on Weibo, as shown in the figure below.

“Suzhou 12345” replied on December 5th, 2017 and December 8th, 2017 respectively, as shown in the figure below.

On December 12th, 2017, PECC received a document reply from Wujiang Environmental Protection Bureau, the details are as follows.
