On May 2nd, 2018, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) received a phone call to report that Jiangsu Shenggu Machinery Co., Ltd., located at No. 789 Hengyang South Road, Jinghu County, Huai’an City, was emitting heavy-smelling gas to the outside environment, but without color.

After receiving the report, PECC immediately reported the pollution to the Jinhu Environmental Protection Bureau.

On May 4th, 2018, PECC received a reply from the Jinhu Environmental Protection Bureau. The specific content is shown in the figure below.
